Deborah contacted us via a post card in the mail over a year ago. She said she could sell our home. I can’t even begin to say how amazing Deborah is as a realtor. She has over 21 years of experience and it shows. Right now the market is pretty tough and it’s hard to get a house without completing against multiple offers. Each offer that I put in, she was on the phone trying to make the offer work. Unfortunately I didn’t have a lot of extra income to complete with the other offers. As an alternative she took me to new builds in the area. We looked at 5-6 different areas and narrowed it down. We landed in Beazer and Taylor Morrison. After talking to both sales people, my name was on a waiting list and in a lottery. To my surprise I got picked 2nd in the lottery and ended up getting a Taylor Morrison house! It was the dream house and a house I never thought I would get! I have officially moved in and I am so thankful for Deborah for making it happen! She even drove all the way from Peoria to Queen Creek to take me to all the houses! Deborah is the best realtor I’ve ever had! We made the decision to sell my house instead of rent at 530pm, had my house prepped and ready for market that night. She stayed awake until midnight to make sure it was the first house on the market that day. Starting at 830 I had a ton of interested people viewing my house and by 9pm, I had accepted an offer which was more than my asking price. I could not thank her enough for all her hard work. By selling, it allowed me to get a new build and with my accepted offer, they allowed me possession while my new house is being built. Deborah exceeded all my expectations and I trust her fully.
